15 minutes on-site chair massage:   $20.00
30 minutes therapeutic massage:     $40.00
60 minutes therapeutic massage:     $80.00
90 minutes therapeutic massage:     $110.00

Health Insurance, L&I, and PIP rates:  $120.00 (60 minutes)/$30.00 per unit
   (1 unit equals 15 minutes).  Effective 01/01/2011 New Insurance Rate!

Missed appointment (no show or cancelled appt. less than 12 hrs/emergencies are the only exception), 50 % charges apply, unless your appointment can be filled that day.
